Mary has managed, trained and supported end users, for over 18 years, 11 years of which was in the U.K. Worked with many international organizations with best global practices; has a pragmatic, logical and analytical approach to all aspects of work and fosters a ‘can do’ team spirit, a “self-starter”, and “self-motivated” Project Manager, experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams, worked with many blue-chip organisations.

Mary T., has experience of managing large complex Implementation programmes for a number of organisations and knows that simplicity is the key to success. While, at Ford Motor Brentwood Essex - Managed a budget of £3 million. She was also, the Regional Head of Training Intercontinental Bank Plc Nigeria. Whilst head of training, trained over 1600 staff, within 12 months. Also, became Head of Training Bank wide.

Adebisi has over fifteen years of works experience in multinational organisations, cutting across sectors such as like Training and Development, Transport, Housing, Non-governmental organisation, Government and International consulting firm, in the UK. Industry certifications include Prince 2 in project management.

Dare has over 29 years experience working in Nigeria the last 18 years of which has been at executive levels across three industries spear heading business turnaround.
He is a trainer, coach and mentor to middle and executive managers in the areas of Market understanding and Business Development, innovation and creativity and general Leadership.
Dare is a principal Consultant and is in Technical partnership with Reede Consulting Limited

Tayo is a seasoned Trainer and Training Consultant with experience of over fifteen years in Training Programme Design, Capacity and Performance Training Development.
She is a Certified Trainer with a flair for excellence in service delivery. She has worked as a Consultant with various Consulting organizations that train the workforce of different organisations in the Financial, Energy, Manufacturing, ICT and Telecoms sectors. She has headed and led the consortium of Human Capital Training Design and Development functions in both Private and Public sectors and has imparted knowledge to many practitioners in different sectors of the economy.
She was a Director at the Regional Training & Research Institute (RETRIDAL); set up by the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) to handle training and capacity building for Open and Distance Learning practitioners in West Africa since 2004. She has interacted widely regarding training and workshops within the West Africa Coast.
Tayo has attended several training development programmes locally and abroad and is a member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development. Currently, she is currently a Deputy Registrar at the National Open University of Nigeria.
